Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will manage campaign execution, workflow automation, CRM data hygiene, integrations, and reporting to support marketing and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and forms
• Maintain CRM data accuracy, segmentation, and lead scoring
• Manage integrations with tools like Zapier, ZoomInfo, and Slack
• Create dashboards and reports to track campaign and funnel performance
• Troubleshoot marketing automation and CRM-related issues

Requirements

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation
• Strong expertise in HubSpot
• Understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and data management
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting email layouts.
• Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and how they sync with HubSpot.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• HubSpot certifications are a plus
