Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Engineering Manager to lead our CRM and Marketing Automation delivery teams. This role is responsible for managing technical teams, overseeing solution design, and ensuring successful execution of client projects across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and other automation ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and a client-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on CRM, RevOps, and marketing automation solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Product to define technical solutions
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, and quality assurance
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical architectures
  • Ensure best practices in coding standards, integrations, and system performance
  • Manage resource allocation, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team productivity
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of experience in similar role with exposure to CRM and automation platforms
  • Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in team leadership or engineering management
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems
  • Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data workflows
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies and scalable architectures
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and RevOps processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a consulting or services-based environment
  • Certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms
  • Exposure to data analytics, reporting, and customer journey optimization
  • Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with project management tools
