About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy BizTech Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and data-driven campaign execution. This role bridges marketing and technology ensuring smooth operations, data accuracy, and optimized workflows to drive marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing automation tools and workflows
• Support CRM systems and keep data updated
• Create and run email campaigns and lead flows
• Track campaign performance and generate reports
• Work with marketing and sales teams to improve processes
• Fix basic tool or integration issues
• Help set up new tools and document processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (CS or related preferred)
• 6+ months relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
• Basic technical understanding (HTML, APIs is a plus)
• Good communication skills
