Key Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist in managing client accounts by maintaining clear communication and supporting their technology needs.

Project Assistance: Support cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, and marketing) in delivering BizTech & MarTech solutions on time.

Tech Implementation: Learn and help configure tools such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards, and business apps.

Data & Reporting: Monitor system performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve client outcomes.

Training & Documentation: Help create guides and provide basic training so clients and teams can make the most of implemented tools.

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience (internships or junior-level roles in BizTech/MarTech are acceptable).

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRMs, analytics tools, or marketing platforms is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Basic troubleshooting skills with eagerness to learn advanced solutions.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and contribute to decision-making.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
